Funded Business Mentoring for Construction Business Owners

Running a construction business is demanding. The technical skills that got you started are not always the same skills that help you grow, manage a team, win more work, or keep the finances on track.

Through our partnership with Business Mentors New Zealand (BMNZ), CGF is offering eligible members free access to an experienced business mentor. Your mentor will work alongside you for up to 12 months, providing an independent, outside perspective on your biggest business challenges.

The $295+GST registration fee is covered through CGF funding. All you need to do is commit to the process and be open to the guidance.

1. Applications will be reviewed by Business Mentors New Zealand to ensure they align with the programme criteria. 
2. Businesses that meet the eligibility requirements will be offered access to the programme and provided with a registration code, enabling up to 12 months of mentoring support. 
3. To be eligible, your business must have fewer than 20 full-time equivalent staff.
4. All applicants will be contacted directly by Business Mentors New Zealand regarding the outcome of their application.
